The members are the directors of the professional technical departments and other technical backbone experts, who are responsible for the establishing the Technology Center and the Group's technical innovation work, and formulating the Company's product development and technical strategies. Maco Group Corporation was awarded the Beijing Municipal Enterprise Technology Center in 2014.
Maco Group Corporation has input the research and development funds of exceeding 3% of the enterprise's annual sales revenue for many years, and nearly RMB 100 million Yuan for the accumulative investment of scientific research and development funds over the past three years, to ensure the normal progress of scientific research and development activities of the Technology Center.
Maco Group Corporation's R&D team is composed of 70 core R&D personnel, 95% of whom have a bachelor’s degree or above, and the number of people with a doctorate degree or overseas study background has been increasing year by year.
